After making arguably one of the most successful debuts of recent times in 2017, Houghton Festival returns for its third installment this August.
Festival-goers were denied their chance to dance last year when mother nature dashed the hopes of thousands of attendees & staff and the event was canceled due to extreme weather. Taking it in their stride, the Houghton team is hungrier than ever to host the extraordinary four-day celebration of sonic culture, incorporating even more art, music, and sculpture into the beautiful surroundings of Houghton Hall, Norfolk.
Taking place from 6th-9th August, this year’s event will include the 2019 line-up, as well as new additions from curator Craig Richards, stating that..
‘the extraordinary circumstances and the learning curve that followed [2019] have only deepened our commitment to making this festival the unique celebration of music, art and good times that it is’.
Artists including Calibre, Joy Orbison, Doc Scott, Randall, Pangaea, Helena Hauff, Floating Points & Craig Richards and many more can be found on the extensive program for the weekend, as well as exhibitions, extended sets & unique live acts, across cutting edge sound systems from German manufacturer d&b audiotechnik.
Tickets are still available but are expected to sell out quickly. You can keep up to date with the event & grab your ticket here.
