The guys over at Context Audio are at it again, blessing our ears with premium liquid Drum and Bass. If you’re not familiar with Constrict, then do yourself a favour and get to know.
The Acceptance EP goes right in at the deep end from start to finish, throwing down ambient, weighty tracks. Kicking things off with Never Lost, its dark and melodic which sets the tone just right for the duration of the 4 tracks. Never Lost is a representative big roller signalling things to come.
Hailing from Brighton, UK – Constrict delivers vibrant and haunting vibes throughout. Feelings Fade is a standout track for us, featuring the perfectly placed bars from SeigeMC, a belter of a track for both club and that lonely night bus journey home. Feelings fade is all punch and soul. Perfect.

Acceptance, the EP title track flows right into a collaboration Soul:Motion, another switch up of pace, the whole track is a belter but that second drop will catch you off guard.
We had a little chat with Constrict about how this partnership came about.
“Philly from Soul:Motion had agreed to start a cola when I met him at HITP 2016, so I sent him a project and said he could do whatever he liked, he sent is back sounding very different but keeping all my favourite elements, then him and Mos went to town on it and we got it sounding how it does now”
Last but by no means least is Ill Truth’s remix of the opening track Never Lost, talk about saving the best for last. This tune is a beast in contrast to the rest of the EP, they are all large and in charge in their own right, but this one holds it down.
Acceptance is available from May 1st 2018
